- We have some universal fit towing mirrors that are metal but no custom fit towing mirrors for the 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I recommend the door mount mirror # 11650. It will fit as long as there is no molding or cladding at the bottom of the door. I have linked a video review for you.
Otherwise the most popular towing mirror is # KS3891 which straps to the factory mirror. But it is not made of metal. I have linked a video of this mirror as well.

- From what I have found the 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac either came with a 4-Way flat trailer connector or no trailer connector. So unless the trailer has a 4-Way round pin connector or the vehicle has another type of connector (if both are 4-Way flats) the two should be compatible.
If the vehicle has a 7-Way blade style, you can use a 7 to 4-Way adapter, # PK12716.
